The EBS Web Products group contains various roles for use across ebs.

EMA admin role This role is no longer in use.

ilp admin role This role is no longer in use.

ilp user This role is no longer in use.
product administration This role is no longer in use.
run reports This role is no longer in use.
Run Reports - EMA This role is no longer in use.
Run Reports - ILP This role is no longer in use.
screen configuration This role is no longer in use.
System Management Centre (SMC) Access to the Designer and Screen Manager modules.
user configuration

Access to the roles and groups in User Management.

Users with this role can only assign roles for ebs Web Products and Groups. Users must also have the Admin Setup role in the ebs: central Apps/Enqs/Enrols group to enable all the roles to select from.

It also allows users to do the following:

  • View, add, edit, and delete organisation records in Organisation Management
  • View, add, edit, copy, and delete organisation announcements in Communications Management
view full staff details

View, add, and update staff details in the User Management module.

It also enables the following in User Management:

  • The Add Staff Member button on the Staff Search window
  • The Staff Details page

It also allows users to do the following:

  • View, add, edit and delete organisation records in Organisation Management
  • View, add, edit, copy and delete organisation announcements in Communications Management
